I purchased Tact Kitchen chimney few years back and I am glad to have a Tact product, it's a higher suction power chimney now no smoke is coming from kitchen. Two or three days ago some problems happened in kitchen chimney, I called on Tact Helpline numbers, the support executive logged my complaint and send service technician at my address with in 2 or 3 hours. I m Extremely happy with services and the way he resolved my problem. Hopefully the issues raised have been resolved with inputs from Tact service technician. However it was a much improved and pleasant experience this time.
